After placing your order, we will calculate the EMS shipping cost and adjust the order total excluding Japanese consumption tax.
A PayPal payment request with the final amount will then be sent to you by email.
Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Payment must be completed within 3 days after receiving the PayPal invoice.
Duties & Taxes / 関税・消費税について
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Customs charges vary by country and cannot be estimated by our store.
Returns & Exchanges / 返品・交換について
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Returns are accepted only in the case of clearly defective items or incorrect shipments, subject to our inspection and approval.
Please contact us with photos within 3 days after delivery if there is any issue.
